mooves.co.uk Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction 1.1 This advertisers agreement (�the Agreement�) is made between mooves.co.uk (�mooves.co.uk�, �We�) and the Advertiser (�You"). 1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them. 1.3 You agree to mooves.co.uk publishing your advert details on our web site. 1.4 You agree to mooves.co.uk publishing your advert details on third party web sites if mooves decides to use this option. 2. Your Responsibilities 2.1 You have the legal right to sell or rent the property. 2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. mooves.co.uk does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable. 2.3 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. mooves.co.uk will not be held liable for breach of copyright. 2.4 If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, mooves.co.uk will not be liable. 2.5 Descriptive content should be appropriate. mooves.co.uk will not be liable for inappropriate use of language or content that may be construed as offensive. mooves.co.uk will monitor content and remove properties where it is deemed that the content is inappropriate. 2.6 You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published. 2.7 Additional properties can be added with payment of the full advert fee. 2.8 You will set your own selling price or rental price. 2.9 You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property. 2.10 You will inform mooves.co.uk once the advertised property is sold or rented by either updating the status of your property or by emailing mooves. 3. mooves.co.uk responsibility 3.1 We will supply a �For Sale� or �To Let� board, where requested, within 10 working days. 3.2 We will advertise your property on the mooves.co.uk website for a period of 6 months. After every 9 month period you can renew your advert free of charge until your property is sold or let. 3.3 We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the mooves.co.uk web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site �off-line� without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades. 4. Refunds 4.1 You may cancel this contract by informing mooves.co.uk in writing or email within 24 hours of placing the advert. 4.2 No refund will be made after 72 hours. 4.3 Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of advertising fee received. 4.4 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer 5.
