You are four simple steps away from advertising your property.

Register

Regardless of whether you are advertising a property or you have seen a property that you are interested in you need to register. This takes 30 seconds and allows you contact vendors of currently advertised properties.

Advertise

Decide whether you want a mooves for Sale or To Let board, together with making a payment. Once confirmed you can then log back in and further options will be made available allowing you to advertise and manage your property.

Adding a property

The forms are very straight forward, asking for typical details on a property. Just follow the notes where provided on certain fields.

Have a main property descriptive and room details prepared, as these can be pasted directly into the fields. The general descriptive is the key one as this is the header information that a prospective buyer will initially see. If you do not have these at hand at this stage, not to worry as these can be added and/or altered later on.

Just ensure you have entered a unique reference for the property! And please be honest with your descriptions.

Most importantly you can add your photos. These must be added at the start, so be sure you add photo's that you want to be displayed. Photo's cannot be removed or altered later (albeit requests may be considered via email). So if you do not have any photo's or not quite happy with them then take a bit of time to get some that you are satisfied with. So choose carefully and ensure that the first photo is main one of the exterior of the property!

The photos's need to be in a JPG format and their size also needs to be kept to a minimum. A free image re-sizer can be downloaded here.

Submit

Once submitted your property is ready to view. At anytime you can de-list or re-list a property, change its status, details or price etc etc. The only change you can not make are the photo's!
